FIRST SESSION IS FREE!!! Aiuchi Jiu Jitsu is a Japanese based martial art consisting of a variety of techniques including throws and strikes. Fun sessions and a great way to meet new people.

Aida Belly Dance Classes
New open level belly dance classes starting on Thursday 18th July at 7pm-8pm in the dance studio of Henry Beaufort school Winchester. Belly dance is a low impact dance suitable for all! Hate the gym? Why not try belly dance! Throw away those baggy gym t-shirts that hide the fabulous you and get back to enjoying exercise! All shapes, sizes, genders and ages loved!

Creative Writers at The Hyde Tavern Winchester
This new writers' group is aimed at novices and seasoned authors alike. The gtoup will stimulate and share work in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. The group loves diversity and welcomes people from all backgrounds including those with English as a second language.
When: The first workshops will take place on Tuesdays 18 April, 16 May, 15 June 2023, 7-9pm

The Arts Society Winchester
The Arts Society is a leading arts education charity with a global network of local Societies which bring people together through a shared curiosity for the arts. Their events provide welcoming places to hear expert lecturers share their specialist knowledge about the arts.

Winchester CTC
Winchester CTC is the local group of Cycling UK, whose vision is that people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities are able to cycle safely, easily and enjoyably. Winchester CTC covers Winchester, Chandlers Ford and Bishop’s Waltham.
Membership: You don't need to be a CTC member when you first come out on a ride. You can ride with guest membership for 3 rides before joining.

Winchester GoLD enables adults with learning disabilities to live life to the full with the choices and independence that they want. They promote self development, friendship, self confidence, creativity and learning. They also like to have fun!
They have a range of weekly and monthly activities and we provide advocacy, information, safeguarding and skills workshops.

Winchester Kettlebell Club
Our weekly kettlebell sport sessions provide a full body workout with the added motivation of training for regional, national and international competitions. The Online Kettlebell Challenge Cup on Facebook and the Grassroots competitions that take place around the country are a great way to start competing in a fun and friendly environment.
Kettlebell Sport is not about lifting the heaviest weight you can - it is about lifting a comfortable weight as many times as possible in a set period of time using technique judged to be acceptable for the particular lift. Sessions are coached by Simon Tarrant, REPS Registered Level 3 Personal Trainer and qualified Kettlebells Instructor. Expert demonstrations are given by England team member Ruth Tarrant.
Beginners and experienced lifters are equally welcome!

Winchester Shape Note Singing Group
Winchester Shape Note Singing continues a community singing tradition from the American South. If you are new to singing or shape note music, we take things nice and slowly and explain everything we do. We’ll make sure you start singing straight away! We are not a choir – you don’t need to read music or have sung before, there are no auditions or rehearsals. It's not about technical perfection – it’s about enthusiasm and participation.
