Volunteer stewards required for Party in the Park Saturday 29 July 2017
Volunteer stewards are needed for the Party in the Park event in Winchester on Saturday 29 July 2017.
This year’s event is being organised by Winchester Party in the Park which is a newly formed group of volunteers supported by officers at Winchester City Council. The group is keen to enlist volunteers to help out on the day.
The Party in the Park 2017 includes performances, activities and events plus some new attractions this year. Also new for this year, King Alfred Buses (KAB) will be running a shuttle service from the city centre to Stanmore.
The event will take place at the Somers Close Recreation Ground in Stanmore on Saturday 29 July 2017 between 12:00 and 17:00 and is free to enter, though charges do apply for some of the activities.
