Council reception refurbishment to improve customer experience

As part of Winchester City Council’s plans to improve customer experience and modernise its approach to service delivery, the main reception will be closed for refurbishment from 5pm on 20 September until January 2019. 

During this time a temporary reception will be located next door to the existing reception and is accessible from the same area on Colebrook Street.

The improvements include providing two payment kiosks and fast-track payment options including contactless transactions that make it easier and quicker for local customers to deal with their Council.
