Enforcement Appeals

Enforcement Appeals

Enforcement cases can be controversial and with every Enforcement Notice that is issued there is legal right of appeal by all parties served. The Appeal can be heard by the Planning Inspectorate by way of written representations, a Hearing or a Public Inquiry. Ongoing appeals can be viewed below.

Should you wish to lodge an appeal or comment on the details of an appeal then please make representations to the Planning Inspectorate at:

Temple Quay House
2 The Square
Temple Quay
Bristol
BS1 6PN
Tel: 0117 372 8000
Web site: http://www.gov.uk/planning-inspectorate

You can now submit comments, track and search for appeal documents online using the Planning Portal. https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk

All Enforcement appeals will follow a set timetable and all documents and comments will need to be received by the Planning Inspectorate by the deadline.
