Report issues online.

It takes less than a minute to register to be able to submit and track the progress of enquiries and reports online using Your Winchester online reporting.

Click on the “register now” button and create your account to be kept informed, and track progress of, enquiries. Once registered you can report problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website and also by a free app on smart phones and tablets.

  • Smart Phone or Tablet

    If you are using a smart phone or tablet you will need to dowload the free app. The app is available for iPhone/iPad, Android  Blackberry and  Windows devices, just visit your device app store, search for Your Winchester and download free of charge.

  • Desktop

    Please use the system below to log in and submit a report. You can submit your report anonymously but we don't recommend it because we can't answer enquiries, let you know what we’ve done to rectify the problem, or contact you for more information if we don't know who you are.

    If you register you have a record of your report and we can keep you updated on what we've done about it, you only need to register once and then you have a full history of your reports and enquiries submitted online.

    *Please note there is a compatibility issue with Safari browsers. If you are reporting from a phone it is best to download the relevant app. If you are using a desktop please use an alternative browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

    Parking Reception – 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday
    Council tax and Benefit Reception – 8.45am to 4.45 am Monday to Thursday, 8.45 am to 4.15 pm Friday
