• Receiving Council Tax Reduction and/or Housing Benefit on 13 January 2025 

• those in receipt of Council Tax Reduction are eligible for one voucher of £20.

• those in receipt of Housing Benefit, but not in receipt of Council Tax Reduction, are eligible for one voucher of £40.

If you are unable to visit the supermarket your voucher can be used on your behalf by a friend or family member.

You do not need to apply for these vouchers, we will write to eligible recipients by mid February 2025. 

The vouchers will be made available in the following way:

Recipients will receive a letter with a physical voucher. The supermarket will be pre-selected. Vouchers must be spent before they expire. To find out the expiry date you will need to contact the supermarket directly. Replacement cards will not be issued if the voucher has expired.
