Winchester City Council still holds the election data for all our residents across the district (regardless of which constituency you will be voting in.) So any changes to personal details such as name or address should be directed to our elections team: ereg@winchester.gov.uk, 01962 848125.
Residents in Southwick and Wickham, Denmead, Whiteley and Shedfield should contact the elections team at Fareham Borough Council for all other matters (eg non arrival of poll cards) Their contact details are: 01329 824588, elections@fareham.gov.uk
Why have constituency boundaries changed?
Constituency boundaries are reviewed periodically to make sure that constituencies are all roughly a similar size and respect local ties between areas. The reviews alter constituencies to reflect rising and falling populations and changes in the boundaries of the electoral wards that comprise them. The Boundary Commission published their final recommendations in June 2023, and the new boundaries they set out are being used at the 2024 UK general election.
