Garages
The City Council has almost 2000 lock up garages across the district available for rent by existing Council tenants, leaseholders or private residents.
The majority of garages have already been let.
However we have some garages to let in various areas.
There are waiting lists for all garages and once you add your name to the list we will contact you as soon as one becomes available
Applicants will be required to make sure they have no outstanding debts to the Council prior to being allocated a garage.
The prices of the garages for the financial year April 2024 through to the end of March 2025 are:
