Notification of Interest in Premises
Any person who has a legal interest in a licensed premises can apply to be notified of any licensing matters affecting the property. The notice has effect for a period of 12 months, beginning with the day it is received by the licensing authority.
A person can apply if they are:
- the freeholder or the leaseholder;
- a legal mortgagee in respect of the premises;
- a person in occupation of the premises; or
- any other person as prescribed by the Secretary of State
Applications, complete with £10.50 payment, should be made via the GOV.UK application portal.
