Severe Weather Emergency Protocol

As the temperature drops, we're increasing our support in place to ensure no one needs to sleep out on the street during the cold weather.

The city’s Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) has been activated and will remain while the temperature has dropped. We work in partnership with the hardworking outreach teams at local charity Trinity Winchester on the SWEP provision.
