Future of Winchester Study (1999)

The aim of the Future of Winchester Study was to carry out an environmental capacity assessment of Winchester (as required by the Hampshire Structure Plan 1996 -2011).

It also to considered the town's social and economic assets, as well as its environmental qualities based on wide discussion and public consultation.
