Instalments Policy
The CIL Instalments Policy allows persons liable to pay CIL to do so by instalments, if they have complied with the relevant regulations. The time that the first instalment payment is due is calculated from the date the development is commenced. The Instalments Policy can be downloaded using the following link: Instalments Policy

Community Infrastructure Levy Projects Parish totals (pdf, 13mb)
CIL project details (pdf, 189kb)
Each year community bids are invited for the funding of projects to support the development of an area. The funding of the projects comes from CIL which has been ring-fenced to support community schemes, in areas where significant development has occurred which may require new or improved infrastructure to be provided. The area of the district within the South Downs National Park is not usually allocated CIL from WCC (as the SDNP administers CIL within its area) unless there are wider benefits to communities beyond the South Downs National Park area.
