Current status - On Schedule

• Reserved Matters approval has been granted for Phases 1 – 3A. 
• Phase 1 is complete and occupied and Phase 2A is under construction and partly occupied. 
• Construction has commenced on the residential element of Phase 2B and also Phase 3A.

Public consultation in relation to the following was undertaken by CALA in February 2025.

• Reserved matters for Phase 3B (i) and (ii) (approx. 120 residential units); and
• Planning application for parts of Phase 2B - Community Centre, Nursery and residential located to south (approx. 40 residential units)

The final proposals are due to be submitted to the Council in Spring 2025. 

Pre-application discussions for Phase 4 will follow once these submissions are determined. The delivery of Phase 4 will benefit from the completion of the infrastructure currently under construction.

Consultation will continue through the forthcoming planning application process.
