Mace
Quantity Surveyor
Mace are working in partnership with the design team and WCC to elucidate the cost implications arising from the proposed development proposals for the Carfax site. The effective management of cost is a critical factor in successful project delivery. We support our clients by providing a proactive, 'hands-on' approach to the management of cost. As a practice located in Winchester and thus with a vested interest in the success of the scheme, we deploy our familiarity of the site, local constraints and knowledge of the local supply chain to ensure that the scheme is not only deliverable, but inherently value for money.
