Strategic Key Performance Indicators
The purpose of the strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) is to demonstrate the progress achieved against the five priorities included in the Council Plan.
On a quarterly basis we produce a report of the strategic KPI's to track our progress and show what we are doing to meet our goals. Scrutiny Committee is given the opportunity to scrutinise the report which is then forwarded to Cabinet for approval.

Not all Strategic KPIs are collected at the same time or in the same way. Some are updated every quarter, some every year, and some only every other year depending on when the data is available.
On 22 May 2024, Cabinet adopted the refreshed strategic KPIs for monitoring and reporting through the 2024/25 financial year.
