To subscribe to the garden waste collection service as a new customer, please choose the option for your preferred method of payment above. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team on 0300 300 0013 or by email at customerservice@winchester.gov.uk.

Please note: If you would like to sign up by Direct Debit, you can do so from January 2025.

Renewing your subscription for 2025/2026

You can now renew your Garden Waste Service subscription for 2025/2026. To do this, please fill out our online Garden Waste Renewal Form or contact our Customer Service team on 0300 300 0013.

If you pay by Direct Debit, your subscription will be updated automatically and you do not need to renew it.
