If you are using a smart phone or tablet you will need to dowload the free app. The app is available for iPhone/iPad, Android  Blackberry and  Windows devices, just visit your device app store, search for Your Winchester and download free of charge.

Please use the online reporting system to submit a report. You can submit your report anonymously but we don't recommend it because we can't answer enquiries, let you know what we’ve done to rectify the problem, or contact you for more information if we don't know who you are.

If you register you have a record of your report and we can keep you updated on what we've done about it, you only need to register once and then you have a full history of your reports and enquiries submitted online.

Access to the customer and administration portal will require an internet browser and an internet connection. We support all major internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc).
