Winchester City Council has formed a partnership with Park Yoga to bring yoga to the heart of our communities.
Free 2025 sessions will take place on Sundays from 4 May until 14 September, from 9.30am to 10.30am.
These are led by a local, qualified instructor and provided free of charge, so if you are looking to try yoga for the first time, experience a new class or just enjoy practicing in natural surroundings, then Park Yoga is for you.
Everyone is invited, including children, and all abilities are welcome. Just bring your mat, towel or blanket and a drink of water - and be part of something great!
Location: Garrison Ground, Winchester (SO23 9NR)

Time: 9.30am – 10.30am
